The booking summary describes the tour or transfer, date, people/bags, route and pickup/delivery points. The payment screen shows the total including applicable taxes and the currency charged. Rentals and physical retail sales are inactive.

Before confirmation and payment

Check and correct your details. Map pickups require team approval. Tickets, meals and personal expenses are included only if expressly listed. No extra amount is collected without agreement. The card-payment button creates an obligation to pay the displayed amount; collection is unavailable while the payment facility is inactive. Your bank’s exchange and transaction terms may apply.

Performance, cancellation and complaints

Times are local to Türkiye. Pickup changes are emailed; map meeting details are communicated by phone/email. Before-service cancellation qualifies for a refund without deductions for the unprovided part. Refund processing begins within 14 days and follows mandatory deadlines. Passenger transport and fixed-date transport/leisure services have differing withdrawal rules; mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Contact us with complaints or use the competent consumer bodies subject to jurisdiction and monetary limits. Accepted terms are retained with your account/payment record.
